Im on a diet... what are some really healthy foods that i can eat? how about a good (daily) fitness routine?

i don't have a lot of time to work out... so im looking for something very easy and fast yet vigorous and useful
also i am looking for healthy foods that i might try to loose weight, i live with my family and im only 13 so i cant make my mom buy all these special weight loss foods, just common foods to have for breakfast lunch and dinner and what is best to drink if i get sick of having boring water?

Eat a lot of vegetables instead of anything else, whatever your mom makes, eat less of it, thats all. Just jog for 30-60 minutes every other day or every day if you prefer. Other than drinking water, which you should ALWAYS do since it is best for weight loss, low fat or fat free milk, unsweetened tea. Breakfast, ideally oatmeal or low sugar cereal is best. Shredded wheat, even frosted mini wheats are okay. You could also have fruit with peanut butter, just not a load of peanut butter if you like.
