My best friend is Italian and she tells me pretty much every day whenever she does anything that is not socially acceptable she blames it on the fact that shes Italian and that "in Italy" you can do this and that and everyone is free spirited and such so she wants to get a boyfriend (shes 19) but men are afraid of her when she actually shows them her personality most of the time they get away from her as soon as possible
shes very beautiful looks like penelope cruz I guess but she is very upset wen guys don't want to date her just hook up with her
I want to help her but I don't know what type of advice I should give her!
btw shes nothing like the jersey shore people shes from Italy has a slight accent and not fake at all ( just a little annoying :/ )

ok well i first noticed this with lady gaga with some people claiming she was a he but i couldn't care less. then when i first heard justin beiber i thought it was a little girl and after seing him (or her) i swear he (or she) was a girl. then yesterday i saw Adam Lambert in the flim clip for "if i had you" and i thought it was a women.

why are male singers trying to be girls?

Well I don't think your examples really hold up as evidence of a trend, Gaga is all T&A in skimpy outfits and highly sexual so to say she seems like a man based on very very stupid comments in the internet is just silly
Bieber has a high voice but doenst look like a girl, looks and sounds like the little boy he is

Adam is more likely to go for the androgynous look but he has always liked that and is inspired by the that glam rock look from years ago. course he has some stand out features that will make it hard for him to be mistaken for a girl, even in the IIHY video:

I dont know if its a trend really but there are more ppl going for that look but I thinks its part of a natural progression, a natural swing in styles.

rock stars in the 70's often experimented with androgyny as a style, david bowie for example and then in the 80's big hair make up and outrageous costumes was all the rage.

Im on a diet... what are some really healthy foods that i can eat? how about a good (daily) fitness routine?

i don't have a lot of time to work out... so im looking for something very easy and fast yet vigorous and useful
also i am looking for healthy foods that i might try to loose weight, i live with my family and im only 13 so i cant make my mom buy all these special weight loss foods, just common foods to have for breakfast lunch and dinner and what is best to drink if i get sick of having boring water?

Eat a lot of vegetables instead of anything else, whatever your mom makes, eat less of it, thats all. Just jog for 30-60 minutes every other day or every day if you prefer. Other than drinking water, which you should ALWAYS do since it is best for weight loss, low fat or fat free milk, unsweetened tea. Breakfast, ideally oatmeal or low sugar cereal is best. Shredded wheat, even frosted mini wheats are okay. You could also have fruit with peanut butter, just not a load of peanut butter if you like.
